PCAP at Historic 2015 African Media Conference

We are delighted that our think tank, the Policy Centre for African Peoples, will be participating in a historic conference on African media, due to take place at the School of Oriental and African Studies, London, on 20th February 2015, 9 am to 6 pm.

The PCAP Director, Ms Sylvie Aboa-Bradwell, will be debating questions of representation, narrative and institutional funding with regards to Africa in the media, alongside prominent African and other media professionals, academics and producers including:

Gus Casely-Hayford, Henry Bonsu, Salim Amin, Nicole Amarteifio, Katherine Ambler, Omar Ben Yedder, Ama Biney, Lukwesa Burak, Mick Csáky, Richard Dowden, Lindiwe Dovey, June Givanni, Agnes Gitau, Afua Hirsch, Solomon Mugera, Savahna Nightingale, Bimpe Nkontchou, Ola Ogunyemi, Barnaby Phillips, Richard Rathbone, Keith Shiri, Magnus Taylor, Onyekachi Wambu.

The panels will be followed by a networking reception.
